Important lessons

Every child has some vital lessons to learn in life. The lesson she learned over the holidays was how to lick the spoon. Vital. And what better way to teach than by example.

Here's some cute pictures that I took of Katelyn with her cute pigtails. She looks so much older with them! :)

Oh my stinkin' cuteness! She looks like such a big girl! One thing I distinctly remember is how big Lorin looked at the age of two when he climbed onto my hospital bed and looked at his new baby brother, Carson for the first time. Katelyn is going to look so big when your new baby is born! These are darling photos. And I love your philosophy!

So cute! I think it is funny though that you say you took pictures of Katelyn with her pigtails and the first picture you can't even tell she has them :) Isn't that fun when you can start to do that?

Oh, yes, licking the spoon: definitely vital. Now she needs to learn to eat Cold Stone ice cream... for breakfast. :) I love the piggytails. She is sooo cute!
